WE DO NOT EXIST
Tales Behind
the Tunes
3 Minutes to Live
This song, as with most of the songs
on this CD is based on personal experience. I wanted
to start with ideas first and then transform them
into music, afterward. This song can be interpreted
dualistically. The song is about the amount of time
I needed to come back in order to continue to exist.
But who's to say what is life and what is death,
eh?
Outside the Box
This subject of
this song is implied in the title. Needless to say,
just that alone made me want to rebel against my own
rebellion...but then I thought...Doesn't rebelling
against your own rebellion just make you an
ultra-conformist? Aww, screw it...Inside the
Circle but Always Outside the Box - A mystically
and seemingly endless
exile.
Too Many
Humans
Here
is another self-implied title. Ahh...so many humans
and not enough nuclear fallout. Kidding...just
kidding (don't sue or track down the artist, please.
Besides, I know where you live). Overpopulation -
What ever happened to survival of the fittest?
Stupid reality. The numbers are wearing me
down.
Winter in Vienna - Spring in
Milan
The
title is just a feel. I would love to travel the
globe and the history of Vienna would be something
to see first-hand. Mozart, Beethoven, Lizst,
Hayden...and so on.
Break a Leg
This
is an old song idea re-worked for more melody and
less shred. I didn't break my leg,
however.
Chaos Theory
Again with the random, quantum,
chaotic fractal called Life. I said, don't touch me!
Wait...what?
En Domino Corruptela
Look
it up. Again, it's dualistic. It could mean - I
am the Prince of Darkness - or - I Dominate
Corruption. Behold! You decide.
Punk-Ass Blues
I
had to throw in some shredded blues licks to show I
still got it. Young, snot-nose punks!
Monterey
The
title I use for this
Jazzy throw-back. Plenty of pretzel chords and
twisted fingers.
Spirit (Silent Assassin)

The silent rogue, "Spirit," stalks the snowy,
winter night, invisible to all, dressed in stealthy
white - One blue eye, one yellow, a serene, placid
stare, Hiding well her deadly nature - For upon the
morning porch steps, I find the small, uneaten
corpse that she has left me, there.
0 to 60 in 3.8 (G.
Solo)
I
figure it's about time I put a guitar solo on an
album. The specs are from the Lamborghini Diablo.
Carpe Nocturne (K.Solo)
"Seize not the day, seize the night"!
That's what I always say. Rippin' keyboard
solo.
???
Hmmm...
Xenaphobe
Hmmmmm.....
